National Alliance for Prisoners’ Rights (NAFPR) is a new grassroots organization with the advocacy of promoting the rights of prisoners. The charity ensures that these marginalized members of the community are given the necessary conditions conducive for living. The founders and board members of NAPR are advocates of penal and social justice who have been involved with these types of issues for years. The organization helps in making sure that the correctional system in the United States is applied without abuse to the rights of the prisoners. NAFPR is working to shed light on corruption and become advocates for humane treatment for the prisoners. NAFPR is concerned to aid the growing number of America’s prisoners diagnosed with impaired mental conditions. The charity seeks to have a criminal justice system driven by hope, fairness and rehabilitation. Aside from direct help offered to prisoners, NAFPR also aims helping the families of the prisoners who are vulnerable to unfortunate events that may happen. NAFPR has partnered with Cars4Causes for vehicle donations. These in kind donations would be very helpful to the organization.
