As the leader of a successful management team of a growing, yet financially stable non-profit, the Executive Director is responsible for overall operations of the center, with special attention to relationship building, membership growth, quality program initiatives, operation funding, volunteer development, and a $ 600,000 budget.
Greater Midland Community Centers, Inc. is a recreation and social service not-for-profit, serving mid-Michigan since 1919.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; 5+ years experience with non-profit management; proven success in program and membership development, including experience in multiple recreation program areas; excellent written and verbal communications skills; outstanding computer skills; outstanding human relations skills; and absolute dedication to the team environment. Operations, Branch Director, and/or YMCA experience a plus.
